Shipping Schedule

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2:30PM EST Monday-Friday are normally shipped the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday EXCEPT Saturday orders received before 10:30AM EST will ship the same day if one of the expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Shipping) is selected. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as promotional and holiday sales events.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

Free Shipping On Orders Over $50 (Shipping within the USA only) Qualifier

Free shipping will be available on all orders over $50 when shipping within the USA. The order total before tax and shipping must be over $50 after any discounts have been applied for the free shipping option to become available.

 

Free Shipping on E-Liquid Over $20 (Shipping within the USA only) Qualifier

Free shipping will be available on any orders which include e-liquid purchases exceeding $20 when shipping within the USA. The e-liquid portion of the order before tax and shipping must be over $20 after any discounts have been applied for the free shipping option to become available.

 

Free Shipping Carrier Options

The free shipping method will be our choice of UPS Mail Innovations, or FedEx SmartPost. These services deliver six days per week (Mon – Sat). No Sunday deliveries. UPS Mail Innovations typically delivers in 2-8 business days within the 48 contiguous states (longer to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO-FPO’s). UPS tracking information is typically available on the UPS website within 24-48 hours of order placement. UPS hands off the package to the USPS distribution center near the origin pick-up area for final delivery by a USPS mail carrier FedEx SmartPost typically delivers in 2-6 business days within the 48 contiguous states (6-8 days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO-FPO’s). Tracking information is available on the FedEx website or app. FedEx either hands off the package to the USPS at the end destination for final delivery by a USPS mail carrier or delivers directly via their FedEx Ground Home Delivery or FedEx Ground Business services.

 

 

2nd-Day Shipping Upgrade for $4.95 for accounts who qualify for Free Shipping

The 2nd-day shipping service for this option will be FedEx One Rate 2-Day. FedEx One Rate 2-Day is guaranteed two business day delivery by 4:30pm local time to most business addresses and by 8pm local time to residential addresses within the contiguous 48 states and delivers five days per week (Mon – Fri).

 

USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS:

Economy Shipping

Economy shipping services include our choice of UPS Mail Innovations, or FedEx SmartPost. These services deliver six days per week (Mon – Sat). No Sunday deliveries.

UPS Mail Innovations typically delivers in 2-8 business days within the 48 contiguous states (longer to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO-FPO’s) and limited to shipments weighing between 1 ounce to 15.99 ounces. This service delivers six days per week (Mon-Sat). UPS tracking information is typically available on the UPS website within 24-48 hours of order placement. UPS hands off the package to the USPS distribution center near the origin pick-up area for final delivery by a USPS mail carrier. FedEx SmartPost typically delivers in 2-6 business days within the 48 contiguous states (6-8 days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO-FPO’s) and used for shipments weighing between 1 ounce to 70 pounds. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping services include our choice of USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Business or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail delivers six days per week (Mon-Sat) within 1-4 days to all 50 states plus Puerto Rico. Deliveries to APO-FPO addresses require additional time and final delivery will be by the destination country’s postal service. Shipment tracking is available on the USPS website. FedEx Ground Home Delivery delivers to residential addresses seven days per week within 1-5 days to the contiguous 48 states and within 7 days to Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx Ground Business delivers to business addresses five days per week (Mon-Fri) within 1-5 business days to the contiguous 48 states and within 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking is available on the FedEx website or app for both ground services. UPS Ground delivers to both residential and business addresses six days per week (Mon- Sat) within 1-5 days to the contiguous 48 states and within 6 days to Hawaii. Tracking is available on the UPS website.

 

Next Day, 2nd-Day, and 3rd-Day Shipping

Expedited/Time Definite shipping services include our choice of FedEx Standard Overnight for Next Day service, FedEx One Rate Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day or USPS Priority Mail Express for 2nd day service, and FedEx Express Saver for 3rd day service. FedEx Standard Overnight is guaranteed next business day delivery by 3pm local time to most U.S. business addresses, by 4:30pm local time to business addresses in rural areas and by 8:00pm to residential addresses within the contiguous 48 states only and delivers five days per week (Mon -Fri). FedEx One Rate Express Saver and FedEx 2 Day is guaranteed two business day delivery by 4:30pm local time to most business addresses and by 8pm local time to residential addresses within the contiguous 48 states and delivers five days per week (Mon – Fri). USPS Priority Mail Express is guaranteed 2 day or earlier delivery and delivers six days per week (Mon – Sat) by 10:30am. Tracking is available on the USPS website. FedEx Express Saver (3 Day) is guaranteed three business day delivery by 4:30pm local time to most business addresses and by 8pm local time to residential addresses within the 48 contiguous states only and delivers five days per week (Mon – Fri). Tracking is available for all FedEx services on their website or app.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Import Taxes & Duty

Please note that your international order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT and the like once the package reaches your country. These fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your billed shipping cost. All these import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Import fees, duties and taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our customers to check with their local authorities to see what kind of import fees, duties, or taxes are levied by the country they reside in. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply. Products refused by customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability and returned to our facility will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Import Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing products. Any fees resulting from the blockage of products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No products will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such products. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by the destination country’s customs for failure to comply with local laws. Products refused by customs or customers for failure to meet local laws will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT METHODS:

Economy Shipping

Economy Shipping services include your choice of Commercial E-Packet (CEP) service, International Priority Airmail (IPA) service or USPS Priority Mail International service. Commercial E-Packet (CEP) service is for lightweight parcels weighing up to 4.25 pounds or 1.92 kilograms and includes tracking with delivery confirmation available to a select 28 countries. Packages are delivered via the destination countries postal service. Average transit time is 4-8 business days. International Priority Airmail (IPA) is a First-Class Mail Package Service for the delivery of lightweight packages weighing up to 4.25 pounds or 1.92 kilograms with an average transit time of 4-8 business days, and does not include tracking.  USPS Priority Mail International (PMI) is for parcels weighing up to 70 pounds or 31.75 kilograms. This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 6-10 business days. Generally, either CEP or IPA will be used as the Economy service for any package which weighs 4.25 pounds/1.92 kilograms or less and PMI will be the Economy service used for any package weighing greater than 4.25 pounds/1.92 kilograms.

 

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping services include your choice of USPS Priority Mail Express International, FedEx International Economy or UPS Worldwide Expedited. USPS Priority Mail Express International is for packages weighing up to 70 pounds or 31.75 kilograms. This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 3-5 business days. FedEx International Economy is for packages weighing up to 150 pounds or 68 kilograms. This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 2-5 business days. UPS Worldwide Expedited is for packages weighing up to 150 pounds or 68 kilograms. This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 2-5 business days.

 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping services include your choice of FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Saver. FedEx International Priority service is for packages weighing up to 150 pounds or 68 kilograms. It is guaranteed, end of day delivery within 1-3 business days. Delivers Monday through Friday and includes tracking. UPS Worldwide Saver service is for packages weighing up to 150 pounds or 68 kilograms. It is guaranteed, end of day delivery within 1-3 business days. Delivers Monday through Friday and includes tracking.
