Does your liquid contain harmful chemicals?
Before ever beginning to produce an e-Liquid, NicoPure sends all its flavorings and ingredients to third party labs to be tested for inhalation hazards such as Diacetyl and Acetyl Propionyl. Once a formula has been tested, perfected, and finalized it gets sent to the Gainesville, FL production center where it’s blended by trained chemists in a clean room environment and steeped to allow the ingredients to marry and reach their peak flavor. Our E-liquid is made in the United States. Our ingredients contain USP Grade Propylene Glycol and USP Grade Glycerin along with a proprietary blend of USP Grade Natural and Artificial flavorings. All ingredients are FDA and FEMA approved food additives, and we use only the highest quality USP Grade Nicotine with a Certificate of Analysis. Our nicotine is tested and documented to be a minimum of 99% pure before our e-liquid is created in our US facility.
The most commonly used base liquid for making e-liquid is Propylene glycol (PG) which is clear and flavorless on its own, but serves as a highly effective vehicle for delivering our top-flight flavors. PG has been deemed safe for human consumption, is found as a solvent in certain medicines and if frequently seen in packaged food products, among many other uses.
The other ingredient in our liquids is Vegetable Glycerin – a viscous, water-soluble liquid derived from plant materials that is also used in food, cosmetics, and medicines.
Our eliquid does not contain any Diacetyl or its derivatives in any of our formulas.
How do I sign up for the veteran's/first responder discount?
ID.Me is a 3rd party site that verifies active military, veterans, and first responders. Once verified with ID.Me, that service will enable the user to receive a military discount at any participating website. Once you create your ID.me account via this link, https://www.id.me/, you then need to log onto your Halo account and link your ID.me account. You can do this by going to the shopping cart. There will be a box that you click either “Troop ID,” or “First Responder ID” and enter your log on information for the ID.me account, and then they will be joined. You will then receive 15% off each order placed!
As this is a 3rd party site, any problems or questions with ID.me will need to be directed to them and not Halo.
How does the age verification system work? What do I need?
We do not sell our products to anyone who is not the legal vaping and smoking age in their relevant jurisdiction. We use a non-affiliated third-party company, BlueCheck, to verify that you are who you say you are and to confirm your age. BlueCheck’s services use multiple trusted data sources containing billions of public records to return an age validation based on the personal information you submit. This service is specifically designed to validate and protect your identity while maintaining the highest level of consumer privacy when processing online transactions. Access to the public records allows BlueCheck to validate the information you provide. These facts are obtained by instantaneously scanning billions of public records from trusted data sources containing information that would not generally be found in your wallet if lost or stolen. BlueCheck’s secure 256-bit encryption technology ensures the safe delivery of the information you provide online. In addition, BlueCheck & Nicopure Labs DO NOT store your sensitive personal information or share (or sell) any data with other third parties. This practice assures you that unauthorized parties cannot gain access to your sensitive personal information. The only information stored during the verification process is the information already present in your account on halocigs.com (name, address). A small percentage of customers may not be verifiable due to limited availability of publicly available information in the age verification databases. If this happens, you may request verification aided by customer service by contacting customer service via email or phone.
We typically require a copy of your driver’s license or some other form of government issued ID that verifies your date of birth. Our use of BlueCheck’s Age Verification is based solely on U.S. records and therefore verification of individuals residing outside the U.S. is unavailable, unless you are using a military address outside the U.S. Individuals in all other countries will be subject to our manual review process described in the previous section.
What are your accepted payment methods?
Halo accepts any credit, debit, or gift cards with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express logo. At this time, we do not have Paypal as a payment method as Paypal does not allow the purchase of vaping products.

My product "X" is not working, can you fix/replace it?
Halo offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee for all hardware items. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can send the hardware back within 30 days for a partial refund. Please note, this 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover any consumable items such as liquids, tanks, and coils. Per our strict safety and sanitary guidelines, consumable items are non-returnable / non-refundable.
Halo also offers a 60-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty for all batteries. Before any replacements can be sent, thorough troubleshooting will be attempted so as a first means of fixing the issue. Troubleshooting helps us determine what the underlying issue is and helps prevent possible issues in the future. If a product has a true manufacturing defect, it typically presents itself within the first few uses.
The charging equipment is covered for a 90-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty and the tanks are covered for 30-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty
What is domestic excise tax and why do I have to pay it?
An excise tax is a tax on use or consumption of certain products. Excise taxes (sometimes called "duties") are sometimes included in the price of a product, such as motor fuels, cigarettes, and alcohol.
This is determined by the state you live in and varies from state to state. Check your local state taxes to see how much or if this tax is going to be charged.
Can I change/alter my order?
Orders at Halo are typically turned around very quickly, and your packing slip is typically generated within 20 minutes of placing your order. Once this packing slip is generated, your order has begun the shipment process of picking, packing, and staging.
Please contact us via phone or online chat regarding any change requests as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate such requests within this 20-minute time frame, but will most likely be unable to fulfill requests outside of that window. This policy is in place to ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.
