  • How do I turn this thing on?
To turn on your Reactor, press the firing button on the side of the battery five times in rapid succession. Once the battery is turned on, the LED screen will become visible.

  • Should I turn my Reactor off before storing it?
Yes. While the battery will not drain just by being on—and though there are safeguards in place—it is best to turn off the battery any time you have finished using the Tracer and are about to store it in a pocket, purse or drawer.

  • Where should I store my Reactor?
This device should be kept out of reach of children and pets and stored safely in a dry environment. Do not store in high-temperature areas as this will cause irreversible damage to batteries and other components.

  • How do I switch between wattage and voltage modes?
To switch between wattage/voltage modes, click the firing button three times in succession. The LED screen will reflect the current mode of the battery.

  • How do I adjust my power settings?
The wattage/voltage can be adjusted by pressing the up or down power adjustment buttons until the desired level is reached. Increases in voltage or wattage will both translate to an increase in power. It is recommended to start with lower levels and slowly increase the wattage/voltage.

  • How can I tell when to charge my battery?
The battery level indicator on the LED screen will display the amount of battery life remaining. The battery can be charged at any time regardless of the remaining charge. If the battery is completely drained, it will need to be charged before continuing use.

  • How do I recharge my battery?
To recharge your Reactor battery, attach the small connector of the USB cable into the charging port of the Reactor battery. The larger end of the cable should then be inserted into a computer or other USB compatible power source, or can be used in conjunction with the provided Wall Charger. Once connected to a power source, the battery level indicator on the LED screen will flash until fully charged. Once fully charged, the battery level indicator will stop blinking, shine for 10 seconds and go out.

  • How long will my Reactor take to charge?
The Reactor battery will typically take five hours to obtain a full charge from its fully drained state.

  • When should I refill my tank?
Reactor tanks perform best when filled with at least 2 ml of E-liquid continuously. This ensures the heating element remains moist during use and will extend the overall life of the coil head. It is recommended that tanks be refilled once the E-liquid level drops below the top of the coil head.

  • How do I refill my tank?
Refilling the Reactor tank is easy. First, unscrew the entire tank from the battery. Once removed, hold the tank with mouthpiece side down, and unscrew the Base from the Chamber by turning counter-clockwise. Next, hold the Chamber on a slight angle and pour eliquid into the tank along the glass side.

  • What type of E-liquid should I use in my Reactor?
To get optimal performance it is recommended that you use Halo V-Type E-liquids with a higher VG content for better vapor production and maximized taste.

  • What is adjustable airflow?
The Reactor tank is equipped with an adjustable airflow system. To adjust airflow, twist the ring on the base hardware left or right to change the size of the air hole. A wider air hole creates a “looser” draw that results in cooler vapor. A narrow air hole creates a “tighter” draw with warmer vapor.

  • When should I replace my coil head?
The Reactor tank is designed with a replaceable center coil head. This replaceable coil design offers significant cost savings over replacing the entire tank. If you experience a sustained burnt taste when vaping, or your tank is no longer producing adequate vapor, it may be time for a replacement. It is also recommended that you change your coils when switching between E-liquids to ensure there is no carry over of old flavors.

  • How do I replace my coil head?
Unscrew the entire tank from the Reactor battery. Once the tank is removed, hold the tank with mouthpiece side down, and unscrew the Base from the Chamber by turning counter-clockwise. Once the base is removed, the coil head will be exposed. Unscrew and remove the old coil head from the Base by turning counter-clockwise. Dispose of the old coil head, ensuring it is kept out of reach of children and pets. Attach a new coil head to the base by lining up the threads and turning clockwise until snug. The Base should then be re-attached to the Chamber by lining up the threads and turning clockwise until snug. After allowing 60 seconds for E-liquid to soak into the coil head, your tank is ready for use.

  • When should I clean my tank?
Your Reactor tank should be cleaned on a regular basis to remove any residue that may collect inside the chamber. It is also highly recommended that you clean the tank when switching between E-liquids to ensure there is no carry over of old flavors.

  • How do I clean my tank?
To thoroughly clean the Reactor tank, each individual component should be disassembled. First, unscrew the entire tank from the battery. Once removed, hold the Reactor tank with mouthpiece side down, and unscrew the Base from the Chamber by turning counter-clockwise. Dispose of any remaining E-liquid. Unscrew and remove the coil head from the Base by turning counter-clockwise. Dispose of the coil head, or place in a safe place for later use. Remove the mouthpiece and rinse all components (except for the coil head) under warm water until all E-liquid has been removed. A cotton swab may be used to remove any remaining liquid.
