Can I change/cancel/alter my order?

How do I change my password?

We no longer maintain accounts that a consumer can log in to, as we no longer operate an e-commerce platform due to the ever-changing regulatory landscape. To confirm and protect your identity and your account, we will need you to verify the billing address on file and the last 4 digits of the credit card used with your last order to access and share any account history or questions you may have.

How to sign up for Military/First Responder discount?

ID.Me is a 3rd party site that verifies active military, veterans, and first responders. Once verified with ID.Me, that service will enable the user to receive a military discount at any participating website. You can create your ID.me account via this link, https://www.id.me/!

How much is shipping to my location and how long will it take?

The world of shipping vape products is changing with the adoption of the PACT Act as it applies to vaping products. Shipping fees will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package, and will be higher for most consumers and businesses after the USPS stops carrying vape products.

My product "x" is not working, can you fix/replace it?

Please check with the location where you purchased your items for any warranty claims, as most do not cover any consumable items such as liquids, tanks, and coils. Per our strict safety and sanitary guidelines, consumable items are non-returnable / non-refundable.


Halo also offers a 60-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty for all batteries. Before any replacements can be sent, thorough troubleshooting will be attempted so as a first means of fixing the issue. Troubleshooting helps us determine what the underlying issue is and helps prevent possible issues in the future. If a product has a true manufacturing defect, it typically presents itself within the first few uses.

The charging equipment is covered for a 90-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty and the tanks are covered for 30-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Where are the liquids made?

Do you know why Halo makes all of its E-liquids in the USA? Because doing so provides us greater control over the quality and consistency of our products. It's that commitment that led us to our state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot facility in Gainesville, FL-because that's what goes into making premium products. Halo is committed to our customers; we couldn't allow an ingestible product like E-liquid to be produced outside of our control. So, we produce it ourselves. That way we know that every bottle of premium E-liquid we ship out has the same consistent taste and great quality that you've come to expect-that you deserve. Higher Standards By producing all our e-liquid stateside, Halo can source the best ingredients. Other e-cigarette suppliers sometimes rely on foreign manufacturers to produce e-liquid in countries where quality standards fall far below that of the United States. Many times, these e-cigarette suppliers will sell their products to customers having no idea what specific ingredients went into their e-liquid. Halo holds itself to a higher standard. By handling our production domestically, we can source premium ingredients like United States Pharmacopeia-grade Nicotine, Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin. We use only Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association-approved flavorings, which we have tested by an independent lab. And by owning our own state-of-the-art facility, complete with labs and clean rooms, we can ensure that:

  • Our E-liquid was made in a sterile environment by trained chemists.
  • It was steeped properly and stored at the correct temperatures.
  • It was bottled and labeled accurately, so that you know exactly what you're getting anytime you pick up a bottle of Halo or eVo.

Does your liquid contain harmful chemicals?

Before ever beginning to produce an e-Liquid, Nicopure sends all its flavorings and ingredients to third party labs to be tested for inhalation hazards such as Diacetyl and Acetyl Propionyl. Once a formula has been tested, perfected, and finalized it gets sent to the Gainesville, FL production center where it's blended by trained chemists in a clean room environment and steeped to allow the ingredients to marry and reach their peak flavor. Our E-liquid is made in the United States. Our ingredients contain USP Grade Propylene Glycol and USP Grade Glycerin along with a proprietary blend of USP Grade Natural and Artificial flavorings. All ingredients are FDA and FEMA approved food additives, and we use only the highest quality USP Grade Nicotine with a Certificate of Analysis. Our nicotine is tested and documented to be a minimum of 99% pure before our e-liquid is created in our US facility.


The most commonly used base liquid for making e-liquid is Propylene glycol (PG) which is clear and flavorless on its own but serves as a highly effective vehicle for delivering our top-flight flavors. PG has been deemed safe for human consumption, is found as a solvent in certain medicines and if frequently seen in packaged food products, among many other uses.


The other ingredient in our liquids is Vegetable Glycerin - a viscous, water-soluble liquid derived from plant materials that is also used in food, cosmetics, and medicines. Our e-liquid does not contain any Diacetyl or its derivatives in any of our formulas.

Why isn't my battery turning on?

All manual batteries have an on / off step of clicking the firing button 5-7 times. The clicks must be in rapid succession, back to back, for it to turn on / off. If the 5 clicks do not all register, 6 or 7 may be necessary. Once the battery is on, depending on the type of battery, you'll see either the button or the display light up

What happened to all your flavors/my favorite flavor?

Due to the PMTA deadline, we have followed FDA compliance and only sell those products that an application has been submitted. Due to the cost of each application, we have started out with our top liquid flavors and devices. For international customers, you should have access to all the same products you had access to prior to the PMTA change.

Is your product "X" compatible with my product "Y"?

Halo does not test with any 3rd party products so we cannot guarantee the outcome or performance when using our products in conjunction with 3rd party products.


Regarding charging equipment, using anything other than the chargers supplied by Halo can be a safety issue and can also void any available warranty, especially cell phone chargers as they are built to fast charge newer battery technology.
