5 Must-See Places in New Orleans: A Vaper‘s Guide

Beignets, beads, balconies, botanical gardens … New Orleans, aka “The Crescent City,” offers endless culture, nature, history, nightlife, and just good plain fun!

They don’t call it “The Big Easy” for nothing. New Orleans, the home of Mardi Gras, is renowned for its relaxed attitude toward public revelry, drinking, and other indulgences. Freedom Juice seems to capture the spirit of New Orleans as perfectly as the sight of purple, green, and gold.

Let’s look at a few places that make New Orleans an unforgettable experience:

1. The French Quarter

Bourbon Street, the heart of the French Quarter, is a feast for the senses. The sound of live music beckons from bars and clubs. Scents drift from restaurants and street vendors. Bright lights and iconic architecture fill your eyes. It’s completely acceptable to stroll down Bourbon with a “huge ass beer” in one hand and a vape in the other. A taste of Voodoo would certainly go well with the “anything can happen” vibe of the Quarter.

2. The Garden District

The Garden District must be the yang to the French Quarter’s yin. Stately homes on tree-lined streets. A quiet oasis just a bead’s throw away from the magnificent mayhem of Bourbon Street. Relax on a friendly porch here with something sweet. Belgian Cocoa fits the bill.

3. Audubon Park

At Audubon Park you can walk among beautiful live oaks and say hello to the Seven Sisters — one huge oak tree with, you guessed it, seven distinct trunks. Tulane and Loyola Universities are located close by.

4. St. Charles Avenue

The legendary St. Charles Avenue streetcar line connects the many contrasting aspects of New Orleans’ character, running east and west right through the city’s best-known neighborhoods. Hop off and visit some of the famed aboveground cemeteries along the way.

5. City Park

Farther north, City Park is a sprawling space extending almost from Mid-City up to Lake Pontchartrain. The park has its own multilevel art museum, NOMA, as well as two open air stadiums where bands rock and sports teams roll over their opponents. If you’re enjoying the outdoors where vaping is allowed — for example, on the park’s distinctive stone bridges — earthy Prime 15 would be the perfect complement.

Whatever you choose to do in New Orleans, there’s no excuse for not making the most of your time. There are so many ways to enjoy yourself!
