Free Shipping

Orders Over $75 Shipping within USA

Free shipping will be available on all orders over $75.00 when shipping within the United States of America. Order total before tax and shipping must be over $75.00 after any discounts have been applied for the free shipping option to become available. The free shipping method will be USPS Priority Mail and must be selected during checkout to receive this offer. Other shipping options will be available during checkout as well, however the FREE USPS Priority Mail option must be selected to receive free shipping.

United States Postal Service

Halo is proud to ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have found USPS to be the most cost effective solution for our customers. We currently offer First Class Mail and Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are received from USPS and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment.

Shipment Tracking

Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail will be sent with "Delivery Confirmation" to ensure they reach the intended recipient. Although you will receive a tracking number upon shipment, full tracking will not be available. Typically, the USPS tracking information for First Class shipments will only indicate when the package was scheduled for delivery and when the package was delivered. Priority Mail offers full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once packages reach each USPS hub.

Shipment Time

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2:30PM EST on Monday - Friday are normally shipped the same day. Orders received before 10:30AM EST on Saturday using expedited services such as Express and Air are also typically shipped the same day. Any orders received after 10:30AM EST on Saturday are shipped first thing Monday morning. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.

Delivery Time

Domestic Shipments: Packages shipped domestically via USPS Express Mail will guarantee a 1 or 2 business day delivery and Priority Mail can take 1-3 business days depending on the distance from our distribution center in Florida and where it’s being sent. All domestic USPS Priority Mail shipments are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Although First Class Mail offers a more economical shipping solution, processing and delivery times at USPS can be considerably longer than Priority Mail. Packages shipped domestically via USPS First Class mail are typically delivered in 2-10 days also depending on the distance from our distribution center in Florida.

International Shipments: Packages shipped outside of the USA via Priority Mail International are typically delivered in 6-10 business days after shipment. Packages sent outside the USA via First Class Mail International will have varied delivery times which can be up to 20 days for remote areas.

Import Taxes & Duty

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT, and the like, once your package reaches your country. These fees are not included in your billed shipping cost. Any and all import taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our customers to check with the local authorities to see what kind of import duties are levied by the Country they reside in.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for tax liability. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply.

Import Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing Halo products. Any fees resulting from the blockage of Halo products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No Halo products will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by customs for failure to comply with local laws.
